The 2023-24 Wreath Fundraiser Information and order sheets are ready to go.

The Holiday Wreath Program is the biggest fundraiser for SVYH.  It is essential to our program as the funds raised cover a significant portion of our operating expenses for the year.  The program's strength and vitality depends on each player doing his/her part to sell as many wreaths, trees, garlands, etc. as possible.  It is also an excellent opportunity for each player to offset tuition and travel expenses for the season.   Thank you for participating in this program.

Please note the following:

• If you sell trees, the buyer must receive the appropriate ticket.  This ticket will allow the buyer to pick out his/her own tree at any of the Webb locations.  The buyer MUST have the ticket to pick up the tree.   Webb will not accept anything but the correct ticket.
• SVYH will not be selling poinsettias this year.
• Webb will not be shipping wreaths to out of town buyers this year.  
• Please print out as many Wreath Order Forms as you need and start selling right away.  If you could take the time to double check your own math before handing the forms in, it would be greatly appreciated.  
• All Order forms are due: 11/3/23. 
• We will be distributing the greens:  wreaths, swags,  garlands, joy baskets and bark baskets(BB) from the Webb in Bellevue to all SVYH players. The dates will be between Nov 29 and Dec 1 (details TBD). Each player is responsible for delivering the greens to the buyers.
•  Trees will be available for buyers to pickup from any Webb location with the appropriate ticket after November 24th.  
•  Please see the link above for details on the tuition offset program.  The reimbursed amount will not exceed your tuition and/or travel expenses.  
• Finally, we do need Wreath Captains.  Please let your coach, team manager, or Nancy Fenn know if you would like to help in this way. The Wreath Captain is responsible for motivating sales, distributing tickets for trees, helping with the tally and finding volunteers to help with the final distribution. This sounds more complicated than it is.  This is a great fundraiser that helps offset ice costs, pay for jerseys and equipment and aids in the overall development of the program.
